This is just a simple demo for a simple graffiti style simple STG game. May sometimes be updated.

The game currently has 6 enemies, designed for a brief but engaging experience that can be completed in roughly 1 to 2 hours.

Controls

  • Navigate using the arrow keys.
  • Press Z to fire your weapon.
  • Hit X to perform a dodge maneuver.
  • Tapping C activates your special ability, which has a brief cooldown period.
  • Press the spacebar at any time to pause the game.

It was a very fun, gimmicky boss battle shooter!
The player girl was life-size but deformed, and I liked the artwork very much.
As for skills, I felt Rapid Fire and Heal were strong, and I felt that Heal was better for getting smaller, and the one that stops bullets was dangerous to use because if you use it, you will be in trouble when time starts to move!
For upgrades, I like 3Way and Shield!
The 3Way was quite strong because it triples the power if you hit it at close range. On the other hand, the upgrade that doubles the power made me lose because I couldn't beat the small fry enemy that the fourth boss called.
As for the hit detection, I didn't feel it was particularly large because I could avoid bullets by dashing. It feels good to dash to avoid bullets!
By the way, maybe because I was playing the web version, the name of the boss was not fully displayed.
All in all, it was a very enjoyable work.  Meow, meow, meow!

So far, I manage to reach to Fin. on easy mode and unable to pass Origile on standard mode. here is my feedback.

  • Overall, this is a cute and difficult STG, having a way to show hitboxes would be good (use a mini star or add accessories to her, like a red ribbon).
  • Sometimes the star shape effect feels like enemy projectiles. I mistaken them once a while only to realize the stars are not going to damage me, my suggestion would be adding color to those stars to prevent mixing up with boss projectiles.
  • Ayer hitbox is quite big, which make the game punishingly difficult on the later stage [Origile and Argrave onwards], so my suggestion would be reducing her hitbox size from her face till her neck. so far Ayer current hitbox size make squeezing through boss projectiles very difficult. [very notable from Choria]. could try the hitbox to be this size (refer to image below).
